terms of domain sale and domain payment options

Buyer (you) understand and agree to 1webdeals.com Terms of Use listed herein .

Buyer agrees to pay the Total Price listed for the Domain(s) selected for purchase or the price agreed upon through negotiation with 1webdeals.com within 24 hours of agreed sale. 1webdeals.com agrees to provide via email to the Buyer detailed instructions for permanently transferring control of the Domain(s) within 72 business hours of payment clearing - some methods of payment take longer to clear than others. 1webdeals.com reserves the right to hold the domain until full payment is cleared from Buyer. If there is a delay in the transfer process for any reason, 1webdeals.com will notify, either via email or phone, Buyer of the transfer status within the 72 hour period, during business hours. To the extent allowed by the law, Buyer agrees to indemnify and 1webdeals.com and all associates harmless from any and all liability or claims or controversies that may arise due to the sale of the Domain(s) or which may arise out of or in connection with this agreement. 1webdeals.com and Buyer both represent to the other that it has full authority to enter into this agreement and perform its terms. Buyer agrees to take control of the Domain(s) within 1 week (or 7 days) of sale, and Buyer acknowledges it is solely responsible for renewing the Domain registration(s) with the registrar of record prior to the expiration date listed in "WHOIS", unless otherwise noted.
You the buyer represent that you do not hold or assert any Trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property right in or to the domain name, or any portion thereof, that is the subject of this Agreement. In the alternative, if you do now or intend to in the future hold or assert such rights, you do on your own behalf and on behalf of any person who you represent hereby waive such claims and release 1webdeals.com, llc. and its parents, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, attorneys, contractors, agents, employees, officers, directors, shareholders, and affiliates from any and all claims arising from such rights. To the extent that such waiver and release of claims is determined to be invalid in whole or in part for any reason, you agree that your remedy in any dispute with 1webdeals.com shall be limited to return of the price you paid for the domain name that is the subject of this agreement. Buyer represents that it does not act on behalf of any other person asserting such rights.
1webdeals.com reserves the right to rescind and/or make null and void the sale of Domain(s) if Buyer fails to take control of the Domain(s), in accordance with the instructions provided, within 14 days of the sale of the Domain(s) No refund will be provided for domains that have not been accepted into your account.
ALL DOMAIN SALES ARE FINAL and subject to prior sale. 1webdeals.com reserve the right to disclose sales to the DNJournal and other companies unless otherwise requested. All domains will be pushed to your account with the current registrar only - transfers are not available.
